We are proud to announce that we have begun a sequence of participatory workshops on the muistitieto of the lived experience of massive systemic transformation of society at the micro-level of a city’s resident. This prototype development project is being implemented in collaboration with the staff of one of the City of Helsinki’s community centers.
We are applying an iterative and dynamic process that is designed to facilitate participation and engagement with the target audience of our creativity and innovation based social interventions. This is illustrated by Zita as shown above. By June, we should be able to share more on the details of the program and its social design intentions. In the meantime, let me just say that even in our introductory workshop (anonymized photo above) I was taken aback by the contributions from the participants. Finland has changed tremendously since the 1950s and they have lived through this transformation.
